Nick Hogan Sentencing

Hulk Hogan's son Nick will be in Pinellas County (Florida) court tomorrow to face charges of felony recklass driving from the family of John Graziano.  John was a passenger in Hogan's suped up Toyota Supra on August 26, 2007, when it crashed.

Sources say Nick will not fight the charges but will plead either guilty or no contest.  Nick will enter an "open plea" which will give the judge control over the sentencing.
