For those who have tuned in to Raw the last few weeks, it is no news that Randy Orton has been leading a new heel stable called The Legacy. The gimmick of the stable is that they're all second (or third) generation superstars, and includes Sim Snuka, Rhodes and Manu. A good portion of past Raws was centered around the formation of the group. Snuka and Chodes won their matches to belong to the group, Manu didn't, which leaves his status questionable.
However, there is a dissensus in the creative team on what Orton's position in this group should be. One part believes that this heel stable could be the next big thing on Raw, and that Randy's heel charisma is exactly what this group needs to launch them.
On the other side, there are some who believe Orton should not concern him with people so low on the card at this time. This would mean he would leave the stable and go after the big fishes, or the entire The Legacy stable breaks up. This view could perhaps be related to Orton turning face, something which was talked about a while back too.
A third group believes The Legacy is a nice concept, but it should contain other superstars than those currently in it. DH Smith, Carlito, Primo and Ted DiBiase are the preferred contenders for this group.
PWInsider, who first reported this story about the disagreement, has held a poll, asking which group their visitors wanted to win. At this point, most people would choose group 3 (other superstars), followed closely by group 1 (keep Orton and the current superstars). Orton leaving the stable seems to have very few support.

Personally, I am for group three. I personally like Carlito and Primo a whole lot better than Sim Snuka or Manu. Plus, with Carlito another "big name" is put into the stable. However, Orton leaving it would be a horrible idea.

i think put DH Smith with Teddy Hart (bring him in), and add T.J Wilson and Natalie Nedihart do the New Hart Foundation and make that the group of young stars with Teddy Hart as leader
Teddy Hart = nephew of Bret Hart
TJ Wilson = son of Dynamite Kid (was married to Brets ex-wifes sister)
Natalie= daughter of Jim Neidhart
DH Smith= son of Davey Boy Smith, nephew to Bret Hart
those wrestlers are a better combo then Manu and Rhodes

OMG they will ruin Legacy. 2 is a horrible idea! 3 is a bad idea because primo and carlito are baby faces and it will ruin the whole stable. GO FOR 1!

Orton is LONG due for a face turn, but I can deal with him as a heel as long as they keep Legacy together long enough so that the group can become viable.

1st off, has the stable even really taken off yet? Seems to me like they've been dragging their feet with this which is getting annoying. I do think the stable would be a good thing. Evolution made Orton and Batista so hopefully Legacy could make Cody and Ted, maybe even Sim. DH is a good choice but I'd like to see him start this new Hart Foundation. I know this wouldn't happen but I'd like to see Manu and Umaga team up and form a new Wild Samoans tag. Carlito doesn't need a stable to be made. He and Primo just need better competition. See Wild Samoans or Hart Foundation for that. Orton and Ted should never be faces. They are natural heels.

Orton as a face would be dull, he's the best heel on Raw. The only interesting thing about him now is that he ambushes people and stuff like what he said to Kelly Kelly on the last Raw. Make him a face and we'll probably lose what we liked about him. Then all you would have is Jericho and JBL as top Heels. I hope he and WWE could turn his stable members into credible heels. Maybe the Legacy could drop Orton on his ass like Evolution did to make him turn face later on.

I think that Orton should clearly stay in the Legacy and remain as a heel with Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase.
Also, I believe that Sim Snuka and Manu should still be extremely jealous of Cody Rhodes, want revenge on Ted Dibiase for turing on them, and hate Orton because he would not except them; this resulting in constant backstage assaults on both parts.
While this is occurring, cutscenes should be run about DH Smith coming to Raw with TJ Wilson, Teddy Hart, and aligning themselves with the manager (diva) of Natalie Neidhart. This will create controversy to who the new dangerous HEEL stable on the block really is.
(THATS 2 MAJOR HEEL STABLES NOW!)
Later weeks will show Randy Orton watching The New Hart Foundation's matches from a backstage monitor with a look of unease. Still while this is occurring, Sim Snuka and Manu have not forgot about Legacy and are in constant confrontations with Legacy.
DH Smith is being constantly scouted by Orton to join his Legacy, which causes more unease to The New Hart Foundation and now Manu and Sim Snuka start getting into DH Smith's face because they are now jealous of him (see the pattern here). DH Smith should also be the only face superstar in this entire story line.
Eventually, The New Hart Foundation (excluding DH Smith for this scene) is caught socializing backstage with Sim Snuka and Manu, where they are hinting an attack on DH Smith. The following week they do! Teddy Hart, TJ Wilson, Manu, and Sim Snuka attack DH Smith after a match with a random heel superstar.
Orton then runs to the ring and RKO's the hell out of The New Hart Foundation as well as scares away Sim Snuka and Manu with a folding chair. Orton helps up DH Smith (FACE) as the crowd cheers and Orton's future status as a heel is unknown.
Now Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes start having cutscenes backstage that hint at them turning face (such as hitting on FACE divas and being friendly to FACE superstars). DH Smith gets welcomed into the group by Orton with no initiation necessary. Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase (turning FACE) surprisingly welcome him with open arms.
This group of four members titled The Legacy (Orton, Dibiase, Rhodes, Smith) finally completely turn face and are having a full on feud with the rising alliance of Sim Snuka, Manu, TJ Wilson, Teddy Hart, and Natalie Neidhart. Orton's position as a main event World Title contender has currently been on hold because by this time, this faction storyline has already become the main event story on RAW!
Primo Colon and Carlito will remain on Smackdown and continue contending for the WWE tag team titles. Also Umaga will start having promos to return to RAW. Manu is scene watching these promos and gets caught by Sim Snuka who tells him to get ready for their tag match against which ever two members of Legacy.
While all this is happening, Natalie Neidhart is having an affair with Cody Rhodes (optional side story) which throws the whole stable story out of whack. Cody Rhodes throws it off his shoulder as if it's nothing. Orton snaps at Cody and shows De Ja Vu on his previous heel leader gimmick which causes questioning by the fans.
Umaga finally re-debuts on RAW more insane then ever! Absolutely obliterating people for no apparent reason. Manu is shown taming Umaga and convincing him to work as the muscle in the alliance of Manu, Sim Snuka, TJ Wilson, Teddy Hart and Natalie Neidhart. Lots of unease by Manu's stablemates is the result of Manu's rash decision.
I've got many more Ideas but I could ramble on for hours so I'll just let you fellow fans enjoy my pretty much entire year of wrestling storyline lol. and feel free to add to it!
