Piper's Cancer Declared Terminal

It has been confirmed that WWE Hall Of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper's cancer has returned and his condition has now been declared terminal and isn't expected to live much longer.

Piper, 55, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2006 and spent numerous months in hospital to beat his condition

Sources close to WWE have stated that Vince McMahon has personally ordered to have segments scrapped from shows to prepare tribute videos to Piper just in case.

It is terrible news for the wrestling legend.

   That's terrible news...Roddy was always immensely entertaining and likable even as a heel and wrestling won't feel the same without him making one-night appearances every year or two.

   I was about to say that this seemed impossible, as he was incredibly active on TV not too long ago. Something may have happened to him but I've been around people with cancer. There is no way it moves this quickly without some sort of news report beforehand... you know what I mean?
   
   Perhaps I just don't want to believe it.

    At least that Mania legends match showed him in a good light. I don't want to remember those other embarrasing moments - eg, Austin, eg, Mr America.
    Piper is my wrestling hero and always will be. And he did the best wrestler in a movie film - They Live.
