According to the source, some of the mid and low carders on Raw are starting to get a little irritated over how things are currently going. They apparently feel that Orton, Cena, HHH, and Shawn Michaels are abusing their status as the "big time" guys, and that they are being blocked out of pushes and more exposure. Apparently the feeling amongst the low and mid carders is that if any of those 4 don't like them, to the point that they go to management about it, they will immediately be pushed to the bottom and not receive any kind of push.
At this point, it seems that it is not just the fans that are tired of the WWE's sense of repetitiveness. The superstars want change as well.

he doesn't need a push (HBK) to abuse his power.

to be honest i don't see Cena holding people back... he seems to care to much about the company yes he wants to be the fans favourite, but i dont see him pushing a smaller guy out of the picture.
Orton would deffo if anyone came close to jepodises one bit of airtime he wastes he'd be furious.
HHH we all know the story
but HBK i'm not to sure i don't think he'd stop people getting pushed to be honest, its not like he's the top main event guy. So the next step for mid carders is to face lower main eventers aka him.

we get a lot of these alleged news articles about how backstage politics play out in wwe, and many of those stories are just little more than allegations THAT HAVE NO PROOF. this "news story" seems to be one of them.

maybe the reason why midcarders and lower are not getting "pushed" is because nobody would pay to see them in a main event. lets get real. For example how many ppl would buy a ppv with "the miz" or koffi kingston or mvp or chavo in the main event?

I would. Because MVP and Chavo are more technically sound in the ring than any of those four. Then again, I am a true wrestling fan, not a bandwagon fan. But then again, in all honesty those two have nothing on superstars like Frankie Kazarian, Colt Cabana and Bobby Lashley, who just like them, were not used properly.

I agree with Badderman. I dont see Cena holding anyone back, its just Vince wants him up there. Also, I don't see HBK doing it either, when has gotten a push?? He's been out for a while, and before that he had a program with Taker and Jericho. Plus HBK is awesome to watch

I kind of disagree that Orton's doing it. After One win over Orton Mark Henry received a huge face pop. Legacy have been pushed from jobbers to main eventers within a year, thanks to Orton. Orton really helped push Hardy to main event status too.

@Ravan - you're right - people wouldn't pay to see those people headline... yet. And the reason for that is because they aren't getting a push. Look at the Rock when he was Rocky Miavia - NO ONE predicted his explosive rise in popularity. But he became one of the biggest main eventers of his time. No one comes out a star - they're made by established guys (Triple H, Orton, Cena and Shawn Michaels to name a few).

Destructornator, Cena's the one holding everyone back. He's consistently challenging for the title and refusing to look weak or lose to any of those midcarders.

Hmmm the fact is that 80% of rosters will never make it to main event status because they just havent got what it takes :P

Ya know what I hate? Those four men have headlined every WWE PPV for months now. The mid-carders should be upset. No one else is given a chance at fame AND no one likes a PPV with the same Main Event month after month. The only reason Triple H is a main event superstar is because he is married to the bosses daughter.
