TNAWrestling is reporting that Scott Steiner underwent surgery in Birmingham, Alabama this Tuesday. It appears he had a fully torn ACL in his knee. Scott Steiner got hurt in the main event at Sacrifice against Samoa Joe and Kaz, but until now just worked through the pain. Doctors could not have a complete MRI scan after the event due to a swelling. They have discovered his torn ACL now and immediately performed surgery on him. Doctors expect him to be out for 4 to 6 months.

Why does anyone even bother signing Scott Stiener anymore? he's on the shelf more than in the ring.
