Over the past few months, Head of Smackdown Creative Michael Hayes has been taking a lot of heat for a few different things. For one, he failed to retain Freddie Prinze Jr. on the creative staff. Another was that he made some vital changes to the Royal Rumble PPV just days before its confirmation. It has been made known that Vince wants Raw to have more big talent then they already do. Smackdown is expected to take a huge drop and it may be Vince's way of punishing Hayes for screwing a few things up.
In other news regarding the draft, Vince wants Smackdown to regain the Hispanic fan base that it lost when Rey Mysterio went to Raw. So we could see a return to SD for the Master of the 619.

I don't care who they move as long as Undertaker remains on SD!

I only care that Edge and R-Truth would stay. But i think it would be unfair if sd would lose some major star..i rather think raw should lose some..lol

they are moving talents from smackdown to raw because of mynetwork tv's reformat into a re run station and a possibility of closing.

let the big talent go to raw the mid card wrestlers would probably be more open to new creative ideas just to try to move up the ladder. so then we would have 3 shows the nobodys will be on ecw hell most of them are already there anyway. the midcarders would be on smackdown maybe with the cruiserweights all in 1 place. and te maineveters would be on raw better ratings for raw that way

I'm with Ravan. Let the big name 'hogs' go to Raw and get buried. I'd like to see some new talent get a chance.

it is obvious which "talent" is going where by the story lines that are going now... triple h is back on raw... ray back on sd... IF undertaker does not retire at WM25 then he will me on raw

i reckon stevens right, not that taker will retire this year but i do think if he loses which he wont (considering micheals victory last year) he'll go to raw. triple is basically back at raw, same with cena on sm, i dont care for rey although id like to see him against r-truth. i can see koslov, big show, mvp, helms, khali, zeke and kendrick festus & jesse, mark henry, finley & swagger on raw i hope smackdown keeps umaga, but gets jericho, golddust, bourne, micheals, and regal and even candice but although they're pretty plain i could see knox and cm punk going to smackdown aswell. but that would never happen and its not the draft thats wrong its what they should do with their talent they push lame wrestler ie. punk, kofi, koslov, santino mozeralla, and actually should be pushing better talent ie. wang yang (drugs? sure but think about jeff hardy) morrison, dibiase, mvp and im sure you can all think of some. expect another massive stuff up by your favourite un-creative writing team

hbk, undertaker and kane are retiring when their contracts expire.the draft is a joke.it's just an excuse to have a 3hr show with less matches then the regular raw..everybody rotates between the 3 shows anyways.HHH is on RAW more than smackdown.Miz&morrison ar the RAW tag champs and their on ECW etc.

"Miz&morrison ar the RAW tag champs and their on ECW etc." Written by the infamous "."
Thats because there is a talent agreement between Raw and ECW and thats why you see ECW guys on Raw and vice versa. Try to keep up with the times.
