At a House Show overseas last night, Ted DiBiase was very heavily cut.
According to the source, after the show DiBiase required several staples in his head.

It happened so often lately! So many WWE superstars have had bleeding problems during matches. How did it happen so often since WWE is all PG?

Comment #1: They're called accidents lol. It's pretty ironic actually that they are occuring now.

I don;t think people being cut is happening more, if anything, since intentionally doing colour is no longer allowed, it is definitely happening less. However, now when it happens the match is stopped, and the scene gets much more (negative) attention.

Getting in their bladework during house shows because they can't do it on TV?

I Think the Superstars Would rather have A Little Blood on Purpose, Then have all this Blood By Accident... Just a Lame Theory...PErhaps it's a Revolt? Maybe the Superstars want Vince to grow a Pair and stand up to his Wife...WWE is a Sports Entertainment product that isnt Very Entertaining as of late. If WWE Scraps the PG Rating and goes to MA Then, Maybe Blood Won't be a Problem, and the Fans will enjoy WWE Again...

#6, if you're bleeding heavily enough, it requires stitches to stop. Staples also work and are less painful than stitches. Trust me, I slashed the hell out of my face handplanting on a ramp and had to get staples in my face, it hurt a lot less than getting stitches put in my face.

It is quite funny that all this is happening since WWE went PG. Not sure if it is infact a revolt from the wrestlers, or it is just in fact accidents. If it is just accidents, then perhaps some of the blood-letting in WWE pre-PG started off as an accidental cut, but the wrestlers and commentators just went with it. Ether way, I don't like the idea of them stopping matches beacuse someone is cut, even though it is rated PG, people can live with a little blood! It's rated PARENTAL GUIDENCE, so accidental cuts should be able to be forgiven (as much as it was before the PG rateing, yeah I can see the problem with the rateing).

Well, WWE is trying to make it easier for their workers, not worse for us. Many accidents happen during hardcore matches and some are worse than others.

It is possible that there is not in fact an increase in bleeding, but rather it is more noticeable do to the stoppages like TommyD said. The same thing happens on the news. They report stuff more often and that in turn makes you think it happens more often.
