Star possibly injured at House Show *Updated*

It is being reported that former WWE Womens and Current Divas Champion Melina has been injured at a house show in Manchester, New Hampshire.
It is still unclear how it happened but it appears it has twisted from a possible clothesline attempt on Katie Lea Burchill. Referee Jack Doan made the X sign and the match was instantly stopped. The Doctors were rushed out along with a stretcher moments later, although the stretcher was never used.
Melina was helped to the back by Jack Doan and Kelly Kelly to a different exit, presumably to be seen my the EMTs.

The early diagnosis is a Torn ACL, but at this stage, it is unclear how bad the injury is.

More news will be updated as it is known.

**Update: Witnesses from the live show say that she slipped on the mat and immediately grabbed her knee, the match finish was very abrupt and Melina was pinned without taking any further bumps.
She is seeing a specialist in the coming days to completely assess the diagnosis.

   What's this X sign? is it when they cross their arms over their heads? Funny that this should pop up because I was watching the Macho Man DVD yesterday and during one of his first matches it shows both him and his opponent making x signs towards each other .... maybe it was for a different reason though.

   the famous X sign is used to indicate backstage that someone was legitimately hurt in the ring. however, when its used was noticed by fans, it started being used to misleading them too

   It was later combined with the DX sign since Triple H hurts his knee every other match. Seriously I could see one of them trying to give the sign, and nothing being done because everyone would assume its the suck it.

   Wonder then if Savage was hurt when he made that sign?, probably not, cos he was out of the ring giving guff to the crowd, then when he climbed in he made the sign and the other guy who was in the ring then made the sign back ...! Sorry, I guess unless you'd actually seen what I'm talking about it wouldn't make much sense.

   If you look on Youtube for when Candice Michelle vs. Beth Phoenix when Candice fell off the top rope and fell flat on her face... after the three count, you can see the referee make an X sign in front of his chest with his hands facing out. kind of like an overhead DX "X" sign but over his chest/face.

   Back in my days of judo, the sign that was used was pressing your right hand (with pointy finger first) sideways into your left hand. Forming an X, isn't it the same thing they do in WWE?
