According to the source, former WWE star Ken Anderson (known as Ken Kennedy) had his no-compete clause expire at midnight last night. This means that Anderson is free to negotiate contracts with any other wrestling promotion. He tweeted yesterday, saying:
"Something about midnight tonight....can't quite put my finger on it."
It is widely assumed that he will negotiate with TNA, though nothing is concrete yet.

wwe are so daft they let superstars like kennedy go and end up in places like tna, then they think why are our brands lacking talent, they are also getting poor attendeces for breaking because they keep realesing people. think about how many have been realesed this year, kennedy, jbl, umaga, dlo brown, bam nelly , val venis, harcore holly, victoria, the brian kendrick and ricky ortiz

if you have hired someone to do a job. they aren't fit to do the job are you going to keep them on contract? paying them to be unfit and unable to do what they are being paid to do? Yes, Kennedy is a great worker, when he is fit. unfortunatly for him and for the WWE he is injury ridden. WWE can only carry people for so long.
