There were a couple of incidents at Survivor Series.
Referee Scott Armstrong ended up with a concussion from an accidental kick to the head by Seamus. For once the ref bump was not planned...
As previously reported, Rey Mysterio will be off for a long period of time for knee surgery. Also, Big Show getting choked out was also a lead in to him having some surgery, this was why he has been wearing a large knee brace recently.
