The Reason of Mickie James' Release
Just a few minutes from the official release of Mickie James, rumors about what led to this vary from weight issues and her music career to problems during the European Tour.
It appears that Mickie was fired because she arrived late for the bus on multiple occasions during the European tour thus holding up travel.
That added to her being disciplined by being sent to SmackDown! some months ago after substandard performances and issues with her weight. WWE is also not happy with her music aspirations. This was something that happened to Maria some time ago. it is reported that WWE does not like that their talent take outside projects while working a full-time WWE schedule.
Sources also note that she had just beaten a bad staph infection and managed to return in time for Wrestlemania and many felt she should have been more professional in her dealings with WWE.

#3 you are an abdsolute idiot! Mickie James was, is and will always be one of the best divas WWE ever had and she surpasses Beth Phoenix on so many levels. So what is she gained some weigth? She still looked better than the entire diva roster!!

They released her and her weight was an issue? Sorry? How the hell does that work? Look at Matt Hardy whose had and has got weight issues, and he's still there (though maybe for not much longer) so that just sucks.
She also is not the first WWE superstar that has had issues with being late. She's better off without WWE, to be honest, the state of women's wrestling in WWE is a sad pitiful joke. Their loss will be the indy's scenes gain. As for Mickie, she'll be going back too her roots.

Why does WWE have a problem with Mickie James making music? Why is it ok for John Cena to put out a rap CD or Chris Jericho to have his band Fozzy, but not ok for Mickie James to have a music project?
