This Week's Smackdown Results *Spoilers*
Here are the results for the 3/20 edition of Smackdown:
Triple H b. Vladimir Kozlov
-Triple H hit a Pedigree on Kozlov for the pin.
MVP b. Shelton Benjamin (US Title Match)
-MVP hit the Playmaker to become the new United States Champion.
Shawn Michaels b. Kane
-HBK hits a Sweet Chin Music for the win. Shawn got a great reaction from the crowd.
Jeff Hardy b. The Brian Kendrick (Extreme Rules Match)
-Hardy hit a Swanton Bomb for the pinfall.
The Undertaker b. JBL (Non-Title)
-Undertaker made JBL tap to the Hell's Gates.
The show ended with a promo involving Vickie, Big Show, and Edge. Vickie said that the man who walks out of Wrestlemania with the title will be "the champion of her heart." John Cena came out at this point and was able to turn Big Show and Edge against one another. Edge went for a spear on Big Show, but accidentally hit Vickie. Show took advantage of the shocked champion and Chokeslammed him.
NOTES
-Jimmy Wang Yang beat Eric Escobar in a pre-show Dark Match.
-HHH began the show by cutting a promo, talking about Randy Orton. He referred to Randy as a disease and said that he was the cure.
-The Von Erich Family was announced as members of the 2009 Hall of Fame Class.
