Title changes hands at TNA iMPACT SPOILER

On TNA iMPACT, Jay Lethal beats Doug Williams to win the X-Division Title. Williams has held the title since May but loses it on the September 16th Televised show. There is said to be falling confetti after his title win in celebration.
