TNA getting sued!

Konnan has officially filed a lawsuit against TNA. It is regarding surgery and supposed racism backstage. Konnan was fuming after he suffered an injury in a TNA ring. TNA said they would help pay for his hip replacement but they did not. He aslo brings up the case Ron Killings was NOT helped when he had his knee surgery but just recently Scott steiner was given some money to pay for his treatment.

TNA have 30 days to respond to the lawsuit. Things are looking very messy for TNA. You have not heard the end of this story.

   I assume it all depends on what was in Konnan's contract. If it did not say anything about them paying for his work related injuries, I don't think he has much of a case. Scott Steiner probably has a better contract all together than Konnan had in those days. A lot of speculation, but as long as you don't know anything about the contract clauses, you shouldn't start suing them for racism. 8-)

   Who is he suing for racism? He does realize that Latinos are caucasian doesn't he? Latino is an ethnicity, not a race. He doesn't seem too intelligent.
