Reports are coming in that TNA has officially signed former ECW and WWE Star, Elijah Burke. Burke will appear in TNA under a new name and gimmick shortly.
Burke had had a try out match in TNA a few months back and it was reported that TNA Officials were quite high on his work.

Burke was never in ECW you dofus :P He was on the ECW brand, which is a part of WWE. So he's a WWE star not a ECW star.

#1 is right, he's a former WWE star, not ECW star.

Well either way he was on ecw when it was good not when it was the bs it was back in the original one.. Glad for Elijah he can actually wrestle. Maybe he can make a big name for himself in tna and then head back to the big leagues

Atlas - I find it quite important. I was expecting some exciting signing! Then I read it's just Elijah, that's a huge let down.

Like it or not, ECW is what it is. I'm happy it wasn't really one of those 'ecw' guys because outside of Rob Van Damm everyone else is old by now. I'm glad he finally signed. Now TNA needs to get another show going so they can properly use all this talent. Remember it's only a matter of weeks until Ken and Umaga become true free agents.

Hopefully TNA won't get another show. Getting another show was the downfall and still is of WWE.
