TNA Star Considered For WWE HOF, This Year
It is being reported that Sting, TNA World Champion's name came up as a possible name for the WWE Hall Of Fame this year.
Many people in creative tossed his name around without knowing that he was actually involved in the "competition". On the note of a future HOF Induction, it is still possible as Sting is still on good terms with Vince McMahon and when his time with TNA is up a HOF induction is always on the card.

Sting always said he had nothing against WWE's chairman but he couldn't just go to the company he'd been fighting for the last five years (now add another 4).

How out of touch is your creative team, WWE? They didn't know that Sting not only actively wrestled for TNA, but that he was their World Champion? No wonder ratings are free falling...

sting, wwe, never. thats not to say he wouldn't but sting seemed loyal to wcw, once that closed he went home and stayed there till tna contacted him.

The WWE HOF will eventually emcompass WWE, WCW and ECW people I think...as well as the other companies Vince has bought over the years. EG: Dory Funk Jr. had only a very short run in WWE really, all his accomplishments were in the NWA.
However, the fact creative know so little about the competition is very scary. Surely you keep an eye on the others around you...even if only to steal ideas!

Woldn't it be better that wait one more year, after sting's retire that have him inducted and make him ha a small part on next year WM?? i mean come on... how will it looks to have the competition champion on stage for the applause for the year's HOF?? unless he wont appear like bret did last year which sucked, it was comprehensible, like if sting don't show this year also, but still sucks.

they'll probably induct sting into the wwe hall of fame, if only so that they can officially release sting's career dvd from nwa/wcw. but they'd only do that once sting is no longer part of tna or any other fed that has a tv program.

Why induct sting? He was never important in my opinion even in his wcw days. Sure he may be one of only two people never to lose to hulk hogan but in my opinion. Sting needs to do something rememerableto earn his way into hof. Perhaps beating Mick Foley at lockdown would be a start
