Trish talks about Yoga and her new TV show

Trish Stratus has recently opened her own yoga studio called the Stratusphere.

On Yoga Trish says:

"I practise every day and I got my (teaching) certification, but I'm not going to be teaching right away, because we have some senior teachers who really are fabulous," Stratus said. "I'm kind of selfish because I still want to be in the back, just learning from these people. But after a while I'll put in some 'Stratusfaction' classes here and there."

Stratus has also been filming a new travel TV series also called Stratusphere ,which will air on the Travel channel and Discovery channel later this summer.

"I'm travelling all over the world, kicking ass," Stratus said with a laugh. "Well, that's kind of a loose definition. But it's a perfect fit."
