As said before, Ultimate Warrior has decided to not be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The problem apparently is that the WWE and Ultimate Warrior couldnt come to terms on the pay that comes with being inducted. Most WWE Hall of Famers receive $5000 and a ring but the number has been different for bigger names. The belief is that Ultimate Warrior was getting paid much more since he was the main focus inductee this year.

Yeah, Ultimate Warrior was total trash. Comment #1 doesn't realize he was right but not right in the right way. Ultimate Warrior was like Goldberg in the sense he was untalented and unwatchable and highly overrated and overpushed.

Damn it when do I get my Hall of Fame induction? You'll let Pete Rose in there, but not the Rabid Wolverine!? Guess its time to move on to only thing more dead than I am, and thats TNA! Now the D show of television can have its own Deadman.

I wish all "mass murderers" would take the time to place bibles in their victims hands. The guy had testorine levels far beyond anything safe at the time it happened. That doesn't make what he did right by any means, but let the Wrestling Hall of Fame be about what he accomplished as a wrestler. Tiger Woods will be in the Golf Hall of Fame, but we've seen what type of person he's turned out to be. Make it about the body of work in the ring and not the tragedies outside of it.

No, he shouldn't be paid a lot. Why does he care about money anyway? That greedy bastard.

Warrior may not look like much to todays fans but he was big in the 80's and 90's. Same with Goldberg.

His murders aside, the man was a wrestling genius. After death his brain was examined it was the same as a brain of an eighty year old alzimer sufferer. Im not saying he should be praised but he should be respected as one of the best wrestlers of our times.

Ok first of all I hate "The warrior". with that being said you all need to stop talking about who can or cannot wrestle. Its the WWE HOF. and since Vince has destroyed the word wresting, in pro Wrestling. We should not use it when talking about WWE. Vince has made it clear that its entertainment. This is why he won't call the guys "wrestlers" there "superstars" I know you all hate hearing this but its factual. Which leave this question. Was the peice of dingo crap "The Warrior" entertaining. The answer is. Yes the roid popping freak was one of the most entertaining in the biz. So I say induct him into the most worthless honors in the world. The WWE HOF. I can't believe some of you act like the HOF is so Saceret

All of you that said "Warrior" was a good wrestler..great wrestler...wrestling genious..whatever...you are all fkn idiots. He was a punk. Plain and simple. The HOF doesn't induct punks. They induct the wrestlers that were extra-ordinary in the ring and helped make wrestling as big as it is now. Sure..warrior was huge back in the day. But only for a short time. He didn't eat, sleep and drink wrestling like the hall-of-famers that are in now. The fact is..."Warrior" was a roided PUNK. And a greedy bastard. It was always more more more with him. Hell...half the young guys in the WWE today would wrestle for free. So long "Ultimate Punk" !

omg comment 1 & comment 2 what is wrong with you. I watched Ultimate Warrior & he can't wrestle to save his own life. He was even worse than Goldberg in my book. All I can remermebr Ultimate Warrior doing is punching, kicking, closelining & Splashing people. That isn't wrestling. & as for comment 6 you really are disgusting.

Maybe I should just smother my way into the HOF. Then they will have to pay attention to me.

Hall of Fame ... a type of museum established to honor individuals of noteworthy achievement ... I say, what "achievements" has the Warrior shown ??? ... At SummerSlam 1991 Ultimate Warrior demanded more money just moments before he was to wrestle, Vince caved in and payed him, then promptly fired him immediately after the show. He was rehired early the next year, and was fired (again) for drug-abuse (of unknown substance [roids?]) After being re-hired by the WWE in 1996 (third time), he "no-showed" (again) on a few more occasions resulting in his termination with the WWE for the last time. WCW then hired him in 1998 and he was let go after just 3 matches (WCW claimed that he simply was asking for "WAY TOO MUCH MONEY") ... In 2005 the WWE asked UW if he would like to sit in on the production of a DVD about him (originally, the DVD was to praise the Warrior and show his "good" side), he refused to work with the WWE and with Vince (stating that he "would never be associated with the WWE again"). The WWE went ahead with their plans and released the (now re-titled) DVD as "The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior". In 2006, UW filed a law-suit against the WWE over the DVD and the case was dismissed by the courts in 2009. Outside the ring, the Ultimate Warrior has had his share of awards ... including "Most Overrated Wreastler" (89,90,91), "Worst Match of the Year" (89,98), "Worst Wrestler of the Year" (99,98), "Worst Feud of the Year" (89,92,98) and "Least Favorite Wrestler" (89,90). SO ... now ... we are here, today ... the WWE has once again offered it's hand in friendship to the Ultimate Warrior only to be "slapped away and ransomed" once again by this guy. One would think, that after all this time Vince would "wise" up and realize that the Ultimate Warrior is in fact ... the Ultimate Flop. Inducting this guy (as other comments have said) would only bring SHAME to the Hall of Fame

Chris Benoit ... was a good wrestler, in fact he was superb and had a ring knowledge about him that was second to none ... but, and that's a big BUT ... what do people remember him for the most... the headlines ... "Wrestler turns Mass Murderer" ... and it is those lasting words, printed for all of history to see ... it is those words that people will remember, and it is that reason that Chris Benoit will never be inducted into the Hall of Fame

Yeah. Ultimate Warrior is trash, enough said. As for Chris Benoit, he is beyond trash. Sure, was a great wrestler, but #12 is right. He has no place in the Hall of Fame EVER. The guy murdered his wife and child. You can't get any lower than that. My disrespect for him as a human being strongly trumps any respect I might of had for him as a wrestler. If there is a hell, be sure he's roasting in it.

Benoit was a good wrestler, and the Hall of Fame is meant to honor people for their wrestling achievements. Benoit as a person is irrelevant, Benoit as a wrestler is what matters. Although, I doubt he'll ever be inducted because WWE won't want to risk the controversy.

Who are any of you that say he shouldnt go in,he might not be big to fans today but in that time period he made them money and was big dispite his lack of skills and such. The same cab be said for Goldberg.

Yeah RavenEX he did make a lot of money and for a guy that wasnt too bright is a fair effort. But he did bribe good ol Vinnie b4 a PPV saying if he didnt pay him more he wouldnt wrestle which consequently got him the sack(fired). He was a braindead freak who was 1 dimensional and as far as i see it he is not worthy of HOF honors just like Eddie Guerrero(im still wondering why he is in the HOF and that goes for Bob Orton coz he was a talentless nobody).

Okay, read all the posts. What do any of you know about wrestling? Since the beginning of "professional wrestling" the idea was the promoter(wwe, wcw, ecw, tna), was to do exactly that, PROMOTE!!!!! The wrestlers job was to work out their character, work out the matches, and perform the show. For instance, the WWF was responsible to book the arena's in which the wrestlers are to perform. They also are responsible for any extra lighting, pyros,tv spots,ect.. In return the make all the ticket sales money, any merchandise featuring WWF logos and created characters(which in todays industry is created soley by the company.). When the Warrior was wrestling he had created the character therefore was entitled to at least a little kick-back off of merchandising. The problem was that the Warrior was not a technical wrestler. He was just insanely energizing to the crowd the technical aspects were left to those who wanted to do armbars, wristlocks and the other shit that DOES NOT FILL SEATS!!! Thats why the end of the matches are so exciting, technicality goes in the shitter because intensity always gets the best response. Thats what the Warrior brought to the ring, ironically he shot to the top faster than guys who still today could wrestle with best technically. If I want to watch technical wrestling I go watch a college wrestling team. BORING!!!!!!!!
