At the Smackdown tapings earlier this week in Portland, OR, two episodes were filmed back to back.
For this Friday's episode, Vickie Guerrero comes out and says that JBL and Shawn Michaels don't get to decide who faces the Undertaker (referring to the incident on RAW earlier this week). She claimed she did, and then Vladimir Kozlov comes out and challenges Undertaker.
For next Friday's episode, Undertaker faces Kozlov in a match and Kozlov pins the Deadman cleanly. This sends some mixed signals, because now it seems that Kozlov will be the man to face Taker at Wrestlemania.
Of course, this could still be a bait-and-switch, depending on how the JBL/HBK match next week's RAW turns out.

probably a triple threat....or possibly WWE trying to confuse the fans. Either way, I don't want HBK, JBL or Kozlov to break Taker's streak. I think it should be done to a younger superstar trying to make it as a main event heel.

booo!!! Koslov sucks and boring, he's not even deserve to challenge the Undertaker at Wrestlemania, let alone ending the streak

Better point... did anyone else notice the HBK/JBL match was for the right to challenge 'Taker, not to face him? I don't see it being either of them from that.

No one will end the streak this year! So whoever it is Undertaker will win anyway. I hope it's HBK personally think HBK vs Taker will be the best option out of the other 2.

You know, as far as I know there's no rules that states 'Taker only fights singles matches at WrestleMania. If they want to end 'Taker's streak they could put him in a Triple Threat match and not let him get pinned, allows 'Taker marks (like myself) to argue he was still never pinned or forced to tap at WrestleMania.

WM19 was NOT a singles match for Taker, originaly a Tag match with Nathan Jones Vs Albert & Big Show, it turned into a handicap match after Jones was "beaten down" before the match and couldnt compete. So it has allready been done :p

taker could face the two, then again wwe could be trying to mess with our heads, make us think its one but it is the other, keep us in serspense like at nwo.

If it's anything other than a singles match, Taker will win. The fans'll be hysteric if anything other than that beats the Streak. ... then again... Kozlov *is* a new and up-and-coming heel... and outside of bypassing completely the issue of having any promo skills folks say nothing but *oooh, we like him. He can wrestle!* WWE's been trying to push him hard, maybe this is what it's all been setting up for.

Are they for real? Koslov has easily taken over the great khali as wwe's worst worker. Just look at the 5 minutes he was in the elimination chamber. BORING!! Worst part of the match. And do they honestly think they'll make more money from this match than hbk- taker?

Are you serious? Koslov plain sucks. Even Triple h failed to make him lookgood, something he was able to do with the great khali! he is not a good wrestler.

Kozlov is NOT going to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania. That's HBK spot and they can't take it away. Who would be there to face shawn? JBL? please... !HBK VS TAKER!
And besides, Kozlov has still much left to learn and he still has to work hard to make a point in the WWE.
The only way I see for HBK not to face Taker is to put in a match agains Stone Cold Steve Austin.
We'll see...
