Update on Tomko/WWE

It seems a lot of misinformation has been posted about Tomko's injury and status with WWE, according to wrestlingnews.


First of all, Tomko's injury is not as bad as depicted on most sites. Yes, his arm was in a sling, but it seems it is not because of a pectorial tear. The pec tear injury happened years ago in a match against Abyss. WWE requested that Tomko too a MRI scan though, and it revealed a tear in the back of his deltoid. It could be he requires surgery, but a 4-6 weeks rehab will most likely do the trick.


Tomko has sat down with WWE officials and both are well aware of the current injury and rehab time needed. The question that remains now is whether Tomko has really left WWE or is still one of their employees, seeing how WWE still has a large interest in his injury. A lot of false facts surround this story, so it's hard to know the truth about his WWE status, at this moment.
