Was Dixies Speech A Work?

It is being reported that the speech TNA President Dixie Carter  gave at the opening of the recent TNA Impact was not a work and was a genuine talk with her employees.

Many TNA Stars are currently unhappy with creative and several have requested a release. AJ Styles and Daniels have notably voiced their opinions backstage as well.

Dixie reportedly added the meeting to the show to publicly show that she is there and she is in charge of what goes on.

   I think by work this person means scripted. As in the speech was not scripted and was an actual, sincere speech.

   Kayfabe is something that wasn't scripted, it wasn't worked. Like when triple h and stephanie mcmahon were married in programming, it was worked, but they ACTUALLY got married about a year later

   kayfabe is acting like a wrestler, like terry bollea will be talking with ed leslie and then a fan will come by and they say kayfabe here comes a fan and then during kayfabe they turn into to hulk and brutas the barber beefcake....kayfabe is acting like wrestling is real and that there are that character....eddie rox u r mistaken...look up kayfabe in any wrestling book

   I see the fall of TNA also on the horizon. Which is sad because they, for the majority of the companies existence, put on better shows then WWE

    if dixie's speech was a work, they could go with it as it fits in nicely with the rhino idea. If it was not a work and the report is true that she added it in to show "who is in charge" that was a really stupid move as it makes the wrestlers look weak as she was clearly "talking down" to the wrestlers instead of talking with/to the wrestlers. Also if see just decided to add it to the show, I wonder how the wrestlers feel about it.
