What the Brooklyn Brawler is that!?

Former WWE Diva and Bodybuilder Nicole Bass (who?) is apparently taking WWE back to court. 

Bass is taking the case to the US Court of Appeals. She alleges that WWE employee Steve Lombardi otherwise known as the Brooklyn Brawler, hit on her during the flight back from the UK to the US. WWE claimed that they fired Bass due to the fact she was a horrible wrestler.

Bass alleges that Lombardi grabbed her breasts and was fired when she turned down advances he made (wasn't he a jobber?) She is also claiming that a soon to follow angle with Jeff Jarrett hitting her in the head with his guitar was pay back as the guitar wasn't made to break.

Jerry McDevitt, an attorney for WWE, has stated that he doesn't expect this to really pan to something big, given the original case in 1999, and the statute of limitations has passed.

The original case was dropped in 03.
