Where is Jeff Hardy instead of the ring?
Jeff Hardy is due in Court December 2nd, 2009. His probable cause hearing will take place tomorrow morning. At the hearing, it will be determined if Jeff shall face charges brought against him. If it is determined that he needs to be tried, the case will go to a higher court, barring a plea of agreement.
Background: September 11, 2009, Jeff Hardy was arrested for drug traffaking charges, after police found a bunch of drugs in his NC home. The drugs the officers located and seized were :262 Vicodin pills, 180 Soma pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, and a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia." Hardy was charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $125,000. Many say that Matt bailed out Hardy, but he denied such thing.
The probable cause hearing has been rescheduled because the results of a drug test have been delayed.

I've never been a fan of Jeff's wrestling but he is a real nice guy. Matt is even cooler imo. I'm not in the same situation so I guess it's no wonder I think being rich and famous is better than cocaine but come on, a great career, legions of loyal fans, rediculous paychecks. I don't think it makes sense that he would need drugs to get by. The vicodin I understand but cocaine? *sigh* bye bye jeff

Jeff... really immature man. Idk if you'll ever make a return to a WWE ring, but a lot of people understand your problems with drugs that you've had for awhile. I will support him because I'm a good fan, but he's setting a horrible example for his younger fans. But I will forever be your fan, man. Great wrestler, bad habits.

i have always loved Jeff back in the late 90's with the Hardys facing the Dudley's; good times. I no longer watch wrestling but i like to keep up with whats going on with the wrestlers personally because my little cousin next door LOVES him some Jeff Hardy. Jeff, I am very dissapointed to hear this about you man. Not a good example for the children. it was nice knowing ya.

Everyone makes mistakes and I hate to hear what alot of people say about Jeff. he's a great guy and he made a mistake, yeah, but who the heck doesn't? Do one is perfect. Yes, I am disappointed but I still love him more than anything. And alot of kids parents do drugs thereselves so... I mean... I don't know what else to say. But hes not the only one in the world who has made mistakes in his life/career.

remember when jeff went to TNA in lik 2001 or something because of drugs, he went to a rehab vacility and came back to WWE in fact i remember a promo for his return in 2004. he did drugs in the past, he did it again, and he might go to tna again
