Who attacked Jeff before Survivor Series? * WM 25 SPOILER*

Remember that mainstream media picked up on Jeff Hardy being found unconscious in his hotel right before Survivor Series? Some thought it was a bad move by WWE for making this public, and thought that the storyline would never amount to anything. It seems now they are using this storyline to build up to Jeff's match at Wrestlemania 25. The mystery man that have attacked Jeff will most like turn out to be

Christian Cage. I assume most didn't see that one coming as Christian isn't part of the current roster. However, it seems Christian's negotiations with WWE are at such a positive point right now that they are so confident he'll sign with them they have proposed this storyline. However, Christian hasn't officially signed anything, but if he does, he'll probably be launched in this storyline.

   This is pure speculation saying as Cage hasnt even signed yet. Plus there were several other candidates as the attacker including Matt Hardy

   Yay, I hope this is true, Jeff vs Christian at Wrestlemania will be my favourite match of the evening probably. And who knows, this feud might contain some good Edge/Christian vs Hardy Boyz matches.

   Immortal, that wouldn't be a great story line, it would be THE storyline.
   Actually i'm pissed that i've read this story line, I can only imagine the look i would've had on my face if i actually saw this.

   If it really comes out it could be a nice storyline IF well booked. We all know that WWE had allot of potentially great storylines that just flopped because of bad booking. hope this really becomes true and that nobody blows it up. this could put these two guys Jeff and Christian at the TOP of Smackdown's superstars, even WWE...

    i always thought that Jeff being attacked would lead to either Christian's return or Triple H turning heel again. hope Christian gets signed before the rumble and wins it (as a face), and then turns on jeff at NWO during a tag match (it isn't necessary to put the 3 title matches in every PPV, is it?) and reveal it was him who attacked jeff.

    personally I was already thinking on who would face hardy at WM.
    But since it's WM 25 I think they may have a double mainevent. Team Extreme Vs. Edge and Christian for both the WWE Championship and the ECW Championship. Ofcourse in a TLC Match, this should be a WM 25 worthy main event.
    With Christian returnin at No Way Out and beatin Matt for the ECW Title

    Personally, I would think that having Matt Hardy turn heel to his brother Jeff would have been a great story line. Alas, I guess I'm among the minority. It's ok. If it does indeed turn out to be the first sign of Christian coming back, then having a tag-team main event in which the INDIVIDUAL titles are up for grabs would be HUGE! And let's see...every single time WM had these 4 in a match, the number of instant highlights has become bigger and better. I will make a bold prediction (at least it's bold to me): If Christian does return AND the tag match (or very similar one) like I stated above takes place (i.e., it must involve the Hardy bros vs Edge & Christian), then I'm betting that there will be NO LESS THAN 25 in match highlight flashes. BOOK IT!
