Who Does Hayes Want on SD?

It is being rumored that Michael Hayes, the Head Writer on Smackdown, is really pushing for Rey Mysterio to be drafted to Smackdown in the WWE Draft in April. Apparently Hayes is really the only one driving this idea and no plans are known as of right now. Mysterio was on the Smackdown brand from his debut in 2002 up until 2008.
