Muscle Flex are seeking copyright infringement damages against WWE, after being able to prove the WWE infringed the copyright on their "In the raw".
They sucessfully defended their trademark against WWE's "Raw" trademark.

Then if so why did they wait so many years to file the lawsuit? Or does it really takes more then a decade to get a case in court over in the USA?
I've always wondered why WWF had to change their name after using that name for years and years, did the World Wildlife Fund wait so long to file the lawsuit or did the case run that long

WWE[F] lost their case where they had to lose their 'F' in England. If that case was heard here in the USA, they probably would have won.
