WWE superstar summond to court due to Assult And Battery

It is now confirmed that Gregory Helms was served a criminal summons at his home in SmithField, North Carolina on the charge of Assult and Battery which he did last thursday. Helms was not arrested or taken into custody but he has been ordered to appear in court on July 8th to answer the to the charges.

Helms Assult was on Dustin Narron, a 29 year old man at the N&N Sports Bar on May 6th. Narren was arrested after the incident happened at 1:10AM. 

Helms is currently a WWE superstar on the SmackDown Brand, is currently out due to a serious neck injury.
